Nike’s Podium Design System

The Podium Design System branding was inspired by the ever-changing, dynamic nature of a digital design system. Taking inspiration from an algorithm, the brand language changes and evolves – creating new patterns and designs from the components, icons, typography and colors of the design system and the Nike brand.

Podium Brand Refresh (2023)
As Podium continued to evolve and grow with Nike, so too did our brand identity. Pulling from our new foundational guidelines in color and typography and the Podium Design Ethos, the refreshed branding now included a new brand color palette, typography, and gradient styles. Each of these elements, combined with iconography and oversized buttons/components created a fresh, playful new brand for Podium based off our ethos of Play. With this new refresh, we were able to make Podium more friendly, approachable and engaging to use.
